setup could not verify the integrity of the file update.inf.

Every time I try to install WinXP SP2 on my laptop I get the error message
"Setup could not verify the integrity of the file update.inf. Make sure the
Cryptographic service is running on this computer.". I have tried every
solution I found in both this forum and on the internet in refrence to this
problem and none of them have worked. Could someone please help me fix this
problem.
