First thing .... check for viruses and worms. Use a up to date antivirus
software and a scanner such as Housecall or Stinger . Run Adaware . If these
checks come back clean and the problem still remains the next step is a
repair install. This is non destructive and will repair the operating system
. Backing up important files would be prudent. JJ
