Lil, was a new device recently installed? Like a sound card?
Or RAM? etc.,? If so remove said device and see
if it will boot normally. Two of my recent experiences with
BSOD's were both hardware related, faulty modem and a
bad RAM stick. Same symptons you described. If not hardware
fault, I dunno...
