I have searched these newsgroups in hopes of finding the answer to my
questions (or fix for my issue), but to no avail.

Since upgrading to SP2 I have not experienced any adverse affects within my
user account (I am the admin). However, when any of my family members logon,
they receive an error message from my anti-spyware program, SpyStopper,
advising that port 80 is being used by another application. SpyStopper,
although running at that point, is not doing anything. When attempting to
make any internet connections they fail. I can switch back to my account and
everything works fine.

I have tried enabling the other accounts as administrators; no change. I
have tried upgrading, and then completely deleting, SpyStopper; no change. I
have disabled the XP Firewall; no change. I'm ususally pretty good with this
stuff, but this one has me stumped at the moment. I am seeing the same exact
behavior on wired Dell Desktop and a wireless Dell Laptop.

I am open to suggestions and any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
