Sounds like you got rid of the Spyware but there's still code to start it
and since its not there you're getting the error messages.
I'd first run hijack!this to try to find the code.

Next I'd go into the registry searching for wildtangent and firstairguardian
and delete all entries. Usual caution when editing registry.
Also try START, RUN, MSCONFIG, and search the Startup tab for those same
startup instructions.
I assume there's no entry in your STARTUP folder.
