At the welcome screen I click on one of my user accounts to logon, but I go
from loading to logging off to saving my settings without ever getting signed
on. I have tried to boot up with the last known good configuration, but this
does not resolve issue. Just prior to this, I had a bad uninstall of Comcast
Security Manager.

Suggestions?
