Thanks for the details. Before I proceed further, make sure that you've enabled Active Scripting for the Local Machine Zone. Both in HKEY_CURRENT_USER and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE hive.

On this content page, there appears to be a Microsoft Windows Graphic 
missing at the top, and there is one of these "XOX" I was referring to in the 
page, and if I hit the first link (Hardware Profile), I get the "Cannot 
Display The Page". In this page, every link works the same. In others, some 
of the links work, and some don't. The Related Topics link always fails in 
all pages.
Is there a way for me to send a screen shot?
