cannot print from Internet Explorer

Hi,
I have been thru every option I can think of in "tools" of IE6, but cannot
print a webpage. First of all, "Print" isn't even in the pulldown menu. If
I click "print" button on the website, I get an error popup "This action is
restricted. For more information, please contact your system administrator".
 Well, I am the admin.
This only happens with IE, not Word or other apps. Anyone have an idea??
