If your computer is now slow try this first:

Otherwise to uninstall SP-2:
Reboot
Go to Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
Double click "Service Pack 2", follow prompts.
Or
System Restore to date/time before problem started:
Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore.
