Lsass.exe error keep rebooting

I search on 100 news group about this problem. It not a virus! i
verify all virus that use lsass and no trace of virus 99% sure. It
something else, can somebody help me about this. I got 40 workstations
with this problem. They are all windows xp Sp1 with lastest Mcafee
Enterprise DAT.

Faulting application lsass.exe, version 5.1.2600.1106, faulting module
unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.
