My Dell Inspiron 8600 with Win XP home has developed a bad symptom. Most
times, when I plug in a USB flash memory stick or PCMCIA flash memory card,
the PC goes to a blue screen. I must then force a reboot. It didn't used
to do THAT! What's gone bad?

Thanks,
Steve
