Enhanced CD Problem

I put in an enhanced CD and clicked a link that opened a page in Internet
Explorer. A dialouge box poped up and said somthing about running it off the
CD and i didn't know which one to pick so i clicked yes but the webpage could
not be found so i thought it might have somthing to do with that so i tried
it again by the dialouge box never poped up so i think it must have been set
to remember my settings. How do I change the settings now?
