It is totally inappropriate. Where is the problem? There is no problem.

Plus you have to do a bit more than turn off the language bar, it is Advanced Text Services (of which the language bar is the UI for).

But I suppose if an idiot wants to give misleading advice to another idiot. Least I gave accurate if useless advice.
