First, save the setuo file to disk. This solves most problems. Then, you
need to make sure that you've download the correct file. There are newer
processors out there that use 64 bit code. They are backwards compatable
with older 32 bit(i.e.: win32) apps, but our 'old' processors aren't
foreward compatable with 64 apps. In other words, go to MS's Web Site to
download the media plaayer and make sure that you are downloading the
correct (win32) file.

I know 'cause I did the same thing downloading MS PowerToys :)
