Rick,
When you hit send/receive in the bottom right of the main Outlook Express
window, it will say connecting and then it says error. The message that
comes up is the one that states that zero of one tasks failed. It is the
same message that would occur if one was not connected to the internet and
was not "off line" and hit send/receive.
I'm not sure what you mean by "enabling email logging"?
Thanks for your interest. I had thought about doing a complete
re-installation of Windows XP, but the documentation provided by Dell was
not matching what I was seeing when I inserted the Dell provided, Windows XP
re-installation disk. A dialog box asked me if I wanted to do an upgrade
of Windows XP and I was hesitant to do anything and just aborted the
installation.
