Can't browse somwe sites after SP2

I can't browse some sites because it says the site requires active x
controls and that Verisign Cancelled. It says to click the yellow bar (there
isn't one) and select "Install Active X" from drop down box (there isn't
one).. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? This happened after
downloading SP2...Thanks in advance
