You have been infected by the Sasser worm.

Go to http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/ and download and run
stinger.exe. Then ensure that you have up to date antivirus
software and a firewall.
If you haven't installed a firewall, the www.zonelabs.com has a free
download of zonealarm.
