There's something wrong withe the Security Center.

There's something wrong with the Security Center. below where it says "Manage
Security settings for" , the 3 options below are not gone. The Automatic
Updates, Firewall and Internet options disappeared, nothing else shows
beneath there. Does anybody know what happened and how to get this fixed?
