Disabling MS Windows Automatic Update Installation

I use Win XP Home Edition IE 6.0.2800.1106 SP1

I recently intalled MS Windows automtatic update on their web site. Is
there any way to unistall it? I want to make the choice whether to download
certain updates or not. Thank you.
