NO SOUND ON MY COMPUTER

Hello , you all probly think this is an incredibly stupid question but the
other day i went to start, control panel , then add or remove to uninstall
something and i accidentally uninstalled sound max and i dont have any sound
now and i cant figure oiut how to fix it. If anyone can help me out here it
will be much appreciated.
