I'm having this _exact_ same issue - seems to be that any "open window
call" that originates with JavaScript commands runs into this issue.
Unlikely that it's the built-in pop-up blocker (I've tried both adding
the "offending" domain and disabling the pop-up blocker - via
tools/pop-upblocer _and_ Security Options->Misc->"Use Popup Blocker").
Gareth - the only other thing I can think is some incompatibility with
the Google Toolbar, which I installed after SP2 ... do you also have
the Google toolbar installed, by chance?
