I accidentally deleted some files that I really need (from Recycle Bin,
too!). No I didn't keep a backup. Like I said, I'm an idiot.

I heard a rumour you can "roll back" mistakes like this somehow, you can "go
back in time" to a previous system state? Is this true?

I've got Windows XP Professional.

What a bad day I'm having.
