SP2-XPOffice standard mess

After installing SP2, when I open any office program it opens then tries to
install a "component". It begins to install and during installation it ask
for the CD which I do) and then it says it can not find "STDRET.msi" to
complete installation and I can't find the file on the CD or my HD.
