Download and install TweakUI:
Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP (TweakUI)
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
After installing, go to Start > Programs > PowerToys for Windows XP >
TweakUI. Expand "General", click on "Focus", uncheck "Prevent applications
from stealing focus", then click Apply.
