 Anytime a greyed out box appears this means that the availability to run
 is there,just you need to configure it or enable.You might try in internet
 connections,set a home network connection,once configured,file transfer
 might recognize it or honor it and let you use as youre trying to.Other than
 that,you can always transfer data to a new folder you create,then transfer
 to a cd.
