The error message is telling you that a Windows 16-bit application at the
path specified (C:\EPICXL\BSIINV.EXE) is causing a problem and crashing. I
would recommend attempting to reinstall the application associated with
BSIINV.exe. If that does not work, you'll have to contact the application
developer to troubleshoot and fix the problem with their application.
