NTVDM CPU error

Good afternoon to you.

I am currently running Windows XP and encounter the following error when
trying to open a pricing file.

16 bit MS-DOS subsystem
 
C:\EPICXL\BSIINV.EXE
The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction.
CS:06b6 IP:fffe OP:ff ff 00 00 00 Choose "Close" to terminate the application.
 
CLOSE IGNORE

Can anyone help me solve this problem please?
