about two weks ago my computer started acting funny-i don't know a lot about
computers, so now i've turned to you for your help and support- a virus
warning through norton antivirus poped up stating the name of it it was
bloodhound or something and it said that it cannot be deleted. i tried to get
rid of it anyway-still didn't work. i did a full system scan, defraged my
comp, cleaned all that could be the culpret and still nothing. whenever i
try to get into my hotmail it doesn't allow me-it doesn't allow me through
msn.com or to edit or check my profile or anyone elses for that matter it
tells me to retype my pasword, so i do then it says that i have to enable my
cookies, so i go into my web browser and enable them-but they're already
enabled as much as they can be and it still doesn't work i even uninstalled
norton antivirus and reinstalled it and it doesn't work- i get major pop ups
too and i'm so confused and i don't know what to do. i think that it has
something to do with that bloodhound virus that poped up and i can't get rid
of. please help
