How to boot to Safe Mode..

Turn off Computer, Turn on Computer and start hitting the F8 key
continually. If Windows starts, you've missed the "open time frame" to
enter Safe Mode.
Try the process again and keep trying till you reach the screen that
gives you the option of booting to safe mode.
