Make the unbootable disk the SECONDARY disk in the second machine. Then
you can copy your data. The file you want os called outlook.pst.

Fine Print:

-This assumes your disk hasn't failed completely.

-The second machine should be the same version of Windows, or later.

-Outpook is a "hidden" file (Curse You, Bill Gates!!). You have to set your
Explorer settings to see it. Suggest an alternative; Use
a DOS shell;

  Start>Run>cmd.exe
   Make he drive you are trying to recover from the current drive i.e. E:
   CD \
   dir /s outlook.pst

You may find more than one file. Look at file size and date stamps to
see which one is your data. Notice the folder part your PST file is
in. CD to it can copy your PST to the systems's C drive and burn it
into a CD, or something.

You can recover your documents the same way.
