I was out of the country for a month and when i came back i ran Windows
Update to get SP2 but it said the only way to get it was through
automatic update but the icon in the bottom right that displays what
percentage is downloaded stays at 0% and no information is being
downloaded according to the status. Now every time i turn on my
computer it appears there but doesn't download anything and stays at
0%. When i end the process it goes away but then comes back a few
seconds later with the same behavior. This happens whether or not
automatic updates is turned on or off or at any setting in between.
I downloaded SP2 separately but near the end of the initial unpacking
an error message pops up saying "system cannot find file imagehlp.dll"
and the installation stops. I've downloaded it several times from
different locations but the same thing happens.
I've been looking around the internet but i've found nothing like this,
so pretty much i have no idea what's happening and any help would be
appreciated, thanks.
