I looked for the file, it didnt exist. I made sure I wasn't hiding any
files first, hidden or system. No file with that name exists in that
profile directory.

This is Odd, I can't check the permissions. If I right click on the
directory goto Properties, there is no Security tab like I'm used to... It
acts like its stuck in simple files sharing mode. I turned simple file
sharing mode on the off again and same thing. Whats up with that? Only
difference being that this PC did have SP2 RC1 then upgraded to the real
SP2. Could this be a glitch in SP2 or upgrading to SP2 from RC1? Where is
my Security Tab *huff*? Could it be possible there is something corrupt in
the registry creating these security issues, and is there a way to
diagnose/fix this?

Regardless I tried what the KB 811151 article said but that disn't help
unfortunately.
