After searching my registry I found other references such as
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1214440339-1935655697-854245398-1003\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ZoneMap\Domains

Seach the registry for the domain, but when searching leave off the
http://www. from the beginning. Delete all instances of this domain.

Make sure you have furst ceared the value from the Trusted sites zone in IE.
Then closed all IE instances before searching the registry.
