MS Paint is missing - gone from computer -

I went away for vacation and my computer was off for 2 months. When I came
back and turned it on I found MS Paint was missing. I went to use the program
like I always do ant it is not there.
I have it under accessories, just like it is on my other five computers.
Well on this computer it is gone. How & where do I reinstall this? Why would
it be missing?
