My D: Drive is Missing!!

Alright, so my dads "friend" came to "fix" our computer the other day. He
really didnt do anything that I probably couldn't have done, except DELETE
THE D: DRIVE. I noticed something was missing one day when I opened up My
Computer, but I didn't know what, until tonight when I tried to play a CD. I
opened up RealPlayer, and it said "No CD Drive Detected." And thats when I
knew what was missing. I've been looking around, but I have no idea how to
install it again! Help?
