Did you get the humor in the post?
Or have we all become so 'profession-blind' ,for immediate lack of a genuine
english expression for it :- ),that we think these, not so imaginary
conversations, couldn't happen?

Just talk to any helpdesk support person of your choice and he'll cite you a
