Hi Sheri,
XP SP2 is a cumulative update (contains SP1 as well). You don't need to
apply SP1 before installing SP2. For more information, see Microsoft article
Q811113. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=811113
Quoted from article: "List of fixes included in Windows XP Service Pack 2"
<quote>
Service packs are cumulative. This means that the problems that are fixed in
a service pack are also fixed in later service packs. For example, Windows
XP SP2 contains all the fixes that are included in Windows XP Service Pack 1
(SP1). You do not have to install an earlier service pack before you install
Windows XP SP2.

Additional Information:
Information on Slipstreaming SP2 with Windows XP is here:
http://forum.aumha.org/viewtopic.php?t=7262. I used Autostreamer, which took
~30 min to copy/integrate the files/create the ISO.
Download details: Windows XP Service Pack 2:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=049c9dbe-3b8e-4f30-8245-9e368d3cdb5a&DisplayLang=en
Note: This package is huge (>260MB). For a much smaller package, you should
wait for few more days (3-4) till it becomes available via the Windows
Update / Automatic Updates. This package is expected to be much smaller (say
100MB or so). Once integrated the SP2 with XP CD, should you need a visual
aid on clean installing XP, see the MVP site below:
