When attempting to run MSconfig it appears for a split second and then
disappears. Same thing with NAV 2004. Other posts here and info on
Symantecs webpage suggest that this problem is probably a virus infection.
However if I start Windows in Safe Mode everything is OK. Would it still be
a virus in this case?
