Explorer.exe

Hello.

I'm having some problems with Explorer and Internet Explorer. About 20 or so
seconds after they appear on the screen I get this error:

Windows Explorer has encountered a problen and needs to close.

Error signature

AppName: explorer.exe
AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106
ModName: kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.1106
Offset: 00013887

Same for IE.

Anybody know any solutions to this problem? I have McAfee AntiSpyware and
checked for spyware, but everything was clean.
