Then it is one of 3 things:
1. Noncompatible hardware...verify with hardware manufacturers and
get latest drivers, reseat all cards and cables.
2. Some software is incompatible (not likely), check with
manufacturers.
3. Windows is damaged...Perform a Clean Installation.
4. Bad SP-2 download...download again.
5. ???
