Be carefull out there if you're planning to update to Sp2. Make sure to do a
system backup. I've found quite a few other posts with the same problem. No
fix other than reinstalling, or running a system recovery.

On boot it goes into a booting loop. It won't boot into safe mode, or last
known good config. If you tell it not to automatically restart on failure you
get the error
Stop: c0000135 {Unable to Locate Component}.

Any quick fixes people have found for this? I would really appreciate saving
some time and not having to reload the whole system. I think I may just end
up wiping out the system and resintalling.
