Download TweakUI from http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx - and when installed got to Programs>Powertoys for XP>Tweak UI>My Computer>Special Folders. In the right hand drop down menu you can change the location of My Documents.
