If you think that you have to many pests or you are unable to eliminate them
, back up you important files , ( scan them first) and do a reformat and
reinstall. Jym

already on there when I installed it such as the about:blank hijacker. I
heard that it hides deep within your registry files and unless you delete
it, it can just keep finding its way back in. I constantly run updates for
norton, use the adaware, spybot, & spysweeper to no avail. I'm to the point
where I don't even want to mess with it unless it's completely clean and I
can install everything the second I do my first boot-up. Is there nothing
that I can do to start everything from scratch again? This is really
important as I am starting a new job working from my home & my computer is
essential for work (who can't live w/o their computer?!). Thanks for any
advice.
