I am assuming you have a boot disk, if not you can download one here.

Download the one for 98SE or ME
Boot the computer from the disk then type fdisk hit enter, it has been a
while since I did this but I think it will ask you something about large
disk just select Y and enter then you will have to delete the NON-DOS
partition the you will be able to create a DOS partition and load Windows
ME, which will also have to be updated and have virus software.
