1. Open control Panel and go to Add/Remove Programs.
There will be an entry for McAfee there.
Double click it and follow prompts to uninstall McAfee.

2. Normally it is not a good idea to have 2 anti virus applications
as they may conflict with each other.
Open McAfee.
There should be options to disable the application.
Otherwise click "Help" from within MacAfee and search for "disable"

3. Normally all new profiles have Administrator access.
Go to Control Panel
Click User Accounts.
The users will be listed as well as if they are a Limited or
Administrator user.

Generally Administrator should only be used when an Administrator is
required
All users should use Limited profiles for routine work.
The fewer that have access to Administrator the better.
Password all accounts with Administrator access including the default
Administrator.
You must tightly control all Administrators because Any Administrator
can do and undo anything any Administrator can do.
Take appropriate precautions to prevent losing the passwords.
