Paul,
Sometimes what happens is Spyware/Adware/Malware will get deep into your
registry
and lock down on your Registry entrys that include the toolbar/assistants
(sometimes this can be a good thing
when they lock down, for instance the google toolbar, or the yahoo
companion).
If you have searched with Spybot & AdAware and it still continues to come up
you may
want to consider doing a system restore. If that doesn't help please post
back.
