Have 2 problems.
#1. Cannot locate Sound Recorder. Not located in
"entertainment" file in "All Programs". I can get it to
come up by going to "Help & Support" & searching for it. I
can open it there but can't find it by doing a search of
"C" via built in XP search or 'Agent Ransack" search engine.
#2. Mic jack is not working. Tried a second microphone,
both of which work on another computer. According to Device
Manager, everything is working properly. All other sound
features work OK. Am running XP Home on a HP Pavilion
ZT1000 laptop.
HELP??
