Further to my previous question 17/6/04 I can send and receive emails after running the fix that you sent me, but on trying to send an email to my local council (from a box on their website) a Microsoft Internet Explorer window pops saying :- Could not perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed.
Computor is Emachine 740 from PCworld and only has restore CDs that came from them.
