Hotfix Q811493 is a security patch to stop users from elevating there login privlages, But to exploit this security hole the person would have to have physical access to your computer (hands on your keyboard) It cannot be exploited remotely.
If this computer is used by only you and your family it really is not needed
Just uninstall the hotfix via add/remove.
