Chris,

Reregister hhctrl.ocx.

Start | Run | Paste this in the box:

regsvr32 hhctrl.ocx

Click OK

I accidently unregistered hhctrl.ocx when I was composing the reply for the
OP and the above should fix it. It did for me.
